Calm · one minute
Sound isn't available in this browser. The breath works the same without it.
That's what happens every time you reach for a blocked app.
A minute to breathe, then you choose.
Why Lentu
It was never a fair fight.
Your phone is built to keep you scrolling. Lentu is built to let you go.
The apps you open most are made by teams whose job is to keep you on them: feeds with no bottom, the next video already playing, notifications timed to pull you back. Reaching for your phone without thinking isn't a lack of willpower. It's the design doing what it was made to do.
A pause, not a punishment
A wall turns every urge into a fight with your own phone. A one-minute breath lets the urge pass, and then you choose.
Pay once, own it
Remember buying software once and keeping it? Lentu is $4.99, once. Never a subscription.
Nothing to sell you
No account, no ads, no data. Lentu earns nothing from your time on screen, so it never tries to keep you there.
The Pause moment
Reach for an app. Get a breath.
Other blockers show you a wall. Lentu shows you a door, and the door is a breath.
Breathe first
A 1-minute breath is ready.
Blocks and Lists
Quiet stretches of your day.
A Block is a schedule for the apps and sites you'd rather not reach for. Pick a template, choose how firm it is, and it runs by itself.
Deep Work
Mornings for the work that matters. Everything else waits for a breath.
Wind Down
The phone gets quieter as the evening does, so sleep comes easier.
Offline Sunday
A whole day back. The breath is still there, just for calm.
- Gentle
- After a breath, open the app for ten minutes, as often as you need.
- Firm
- A few unlocks a day, each after a breath. Ending early takes three minutes.
- Locked
- No unlocks until it ends. The breath is for calm, not access.
Lists you build once
Make "Social Media" once and use it in every Block. Websites come ready; you tick the apps in Apple's own picker.
Hard mode
For when you really mean it.
Very hard to bypass, by design. Turn it on for a Block or a Focus and every way out we control is closed.
- No breath unlocks it, and there's no early exit.
- While it runs, no app on your iPhone can be deleted, and its time can't be changed.
- Lock it with a friend: someone you trust sets a Screen Time passcode you don't know, so switching Lentu off in Settings asks for their code.
- A safety check first: everything that will be blocked, and a reminder about work, banking, maps, rides and your authenticator app.
- If you like, it can also hide the App Store and lock passcode and Face ID changes.
- Never longer than 24 hours at a time.
An honest note: very hard isn't impossible. Without Lock it with a friend, anyone with your Face ID can switch Lentu off in iPhone Settings. With it, someone who knows the Screen Time passcode, or who resets it with the Apple Account password, still can.
Before you go hard
Hard mode can't be undone until Offline Sunday ends at midnight. Make sure you're not blocking anything you might need.

Privacy
Nothing leaves your iPhone.
No account, no server, no analytics. Lentu works entirely on your device.
We can't see your apps
Apple gives Lentu anonymous tokens, not app names. Even your Lists are a mystery to us.
No account
Nothing to sign up for, no email to give, no password to forget.
Your history stays home
Breaths, Blocks and screen time stay on your iPhone. Delete the app and they go with it.
Around your phone
A breath from anywhere.
Widgets, Live Activities and controls keep Lentu at the edge of your phone, one tap from a breath.

Why not a subscription?
You used to buy software once and it was yours. Now almost everything is rented, and the meter keeps running whether you use it or not.
A screen-time app on a subscription also earns more the longer you need it. We'd rather you needed Lentu less. So it's $4.99, once: everything it does, no account, no ads, shared with your family.
Questions
Good to know.
Why does my breath arrive as a notification?
iOS doesn't let a blocked app open another app. So when you tap "Take a breath" on the shield, Lentu sends you a notification instead. Tap it and your breath begins.
Keep Lentu's notifications on, and they'll reach you even in a Focus.
Why did a website still load for a moment?
Safari sometimes shows a blocked site briefly before the block catches up, and some in-app browsers can slip through. That's how website blocking works on iPhone, not something you did. Closing and reopening Safari usually settles it.
What happens if I delete the app?
Your Blocks stop straight away, and your history goes with the app, because it only ever lived on your iPhone. While a Hard mode Block is running, no app on your iPhone can be deleted, Lentu included, until it ends.
Is it really $4.99 once?
Yes. Use everything free for 7 days, then keep it for $4.99, one payment. Never a subscription, and nothing is charged when the free week ends.
What can Lentu see?
Only what Apple's Screen Time allows: anonymous tokens for the apps you pick, never their names or what you do in them. Everything stays on your iPhone.
Does it work with an iOS Focus?
Yes. Breath notifications are Time Sensitive, so they reach you during a Focus if you allow it when Lentu asks.
